Tracy is the Owner, President and CSCO (Chief Self Care Officer) of You R Fabulous Inc.

As a busy entrepreneur, single mom and grandmother, Tracy knows first hand the issues many women face regarding self-care, balance, self-acceptance, and living one’s passion. Her youngest daughter is one of special needs, and balance is a key essential part of Tracy's life.

Tracy brings a wealth of knowledge to her present day work. Her background includes experience as a business owner, executive in the corporate sector, promotions, dance, modeling, personal appearances, charity events, working with the media, and volunteering on various committees and boards.

Tracy has also taken many fitness, health and nutrition courses and workshops for personal and professional education and use, as well as Co-Active Life Coach training.
